Empathy and it’s importance.
What exactly is empathy? It’s the ability to see the world 🌎 through someone else’s eyes 👀. Now there is no way one person can go through the same experiences as someone else but the idea is to be as close as possible.
Unlike traditional marketing research which is based on facts about people, empathy is about motivation and thoughts. 💭

A lot of what I do is trying to find out what people mean instead of what they say to locate where business and consumer needs overlap. This overlap is crucial to making a profit. The larger the overlap the larger the profit. The whole point of business is to generate profits and to do that human needs must be accounted for.
Empathy is crucial to improving relationships between your brand and your consumers. Also works for your personal relationships as well. 😉
